Watching an image take shape during an event differs from viewing a completed artwork. Timing, surfaces and organisational conditions matter alongside the design.
This article explains how to describe such a request. Do not assume Graffiti Ankara offers every live application, participatory workshop or technique; confirm the acceptable scope at the first conversation.
When should the artwork be finished? Is a completed image needed at opening, or should it develop during the event? These expectations may require different preparation.
Design approvals may need to be completed beforehand. Assess detail and surface scale alongside actual conditions and time. Do not assume every design can be completed in a particular slot.
Which surface will be used? An existing wall and a separately produced panel create different requirements. Discuss who prepares the surface and who owns it after the event.
For portable panels, confirm support, installation and placement with qualified teams. Artistic design is not technical approval for a stand or stage.
How should the audience relate to the work? Watching and participating are different services. Participation needs its own scope, responsibilities and suitability assessment.
Plan viewing distance, separation of the area, application-system conditions and organisational decisions with authorised teams. Indoor and outdoor spaces and different user groups require separate consideration.
How are brand and content approvals handled? Provide approved files for logos, messages and images. Check rights to references involving other works or people.
Photography, filming and later promotional use can also be discussed separately. Attendance does not grant unrestricted rights to use everyone’s image. Avoid claims of increased engagement or sales without measurement.
